RETURNS
PERSONAL USE
If for any reason your stool arrives after you've already gone into labour, you're welcome to return the unopened package within one week of delivery. Please send an email to return@kayabirth.com notifying us once the package has been shipped. It may take up to one week for the refund to be processed once the stool has been received in it's original condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any fees for shipping.
PROFESSIONAL USE
Our Pro model stools allow for a 60 day trial period with all purchases. If you decide that the Kaya stool is not appropriate for your facility, simply notify us at sales@kayabirth.com, and then ship your stool in it's original package. It may take up to one week for the refund to be processed once the stool has been received. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any fees for shipping.
